Brussels, 09/06/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 6 June, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition by A.P. Møller-Mærsk (APMM) of a 30% share in EUROGATE Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven GmbH & Co. KG and EUROGATE Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH (together the JadeWeserPort Container Terminal operating companies), both currently solely controlled by EUROGATE GmbH & Co.
