30/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 30 May 2008, the Commission approved the acquisition of EKO Schrottrecycling GmbH, which is active in scrap iron recycling facilities in the east of Germany. Joint control of the company will be taken over by Scholz Recycling GmbH and EKO Recycling GmbH, both of which are companies under German law and active in metal recycling.
