Parliament calls on EU to consider sanctions if Sudan does not cooperate with International Criminal Court

Strasbourg, 23/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament, in Strasbourg on Thursday 22 May, adopted a resolution strongly condemning Sudan's continuing failure to cooperate with the International Criminal Court (ICC), to take steps to arrest Ahmed Haroun and Ali Kushayb and deliver them to the ICC, and to comply with its obligations under international humanitarian law.
