Paris banishes recent ambiguities to make room for Union for the Mediterranean revamped by Commission

Brussels, 21/05/2008 (Agence Europe) - “The French authorities welcome the Commission's presentation of its communication”, they say in a reaction which is just as quick, if not quicker, than the examination on Tuesday 20 May by the European Commission of its response to the European Council's mandate (EUROPE 9464). In Paris, the Presidency of the Republic said first of all that the preparations for “its” summit are well underway, as are those for (a useful precision) a “summit”...
