Brussels, 15/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 14 April, the European commissioner for external relations, Benita Ferrero-Waldner, began a tour of Gulf countries. In Riyadh she met the Saudi oil minister, Ali ben Ibrahim Al-Nouuaïmi and his foreign affairs counterpart, Prince Saud Al-Faisal, with whom she discussed the international situation and oil prices. The commissioner's visit will also include Bahrain and Qatar.
