Brussels, 11/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - In Brussels on Tuesday 8 April, France gave its first formal presentation of its plans for the “Union for the Mediterranean” (UFM) to the Barcelona process monitoring committee, made up of high ranking officials from the countries of the EU and the Mediterranean rim.
