Brussels, 02/04/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Parliament' committee on agriculture and rural development gave its support on Tuesday 1 April to the new animal health strategy proposed on 19 September 2007 by the European Commission. However, it says that it wants to ensure that appropriate funding is planned for the implementation of the necessary measures, and demands that a clear position should be drafted on the vaccination of farmed animals.
