17/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission on Friday 14 March authorised the proposed acquisition of the French company AchatPublic.com (APC) by the French companies Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC) and Groupe Moniteur SAS, which is controlled by Bridgepoint Capital Group Limited from the UK.
