Mergers: Commission approves proposed acquisition of joint control of Prisma and OeKB-V by Euler Hermes and OeKB

Brussels, 06/03/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 5 March, the European Commission cleared the proposed acquisition of joint control of Prisma Kreditversicherungs AG and OeKB Versicherung Aktiengesellschaft (OeKB-V), both of Austria by Euler Hermes Kreditversicherungs-AG of Germany and Oesterreichische Kontrollbank AG (OeKB) of Austria.
