EPSCO Council to call on future EU Presidencies to strengthen European approach on situation of persons with disabilities through full social integration and fully equal opportunities

Brussels, 28/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 29 February, EU employment and social affairs ministers should come to a political agreement on a resolution presented by the Slovenian EU Council presidency on the situation of persons with disabilities (EUROPE 9609). This is a top priority for the presidency which considers the resolution is “a major contribution to the work accomplished with regard to persons with disabilities”.
