28/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 27 February, the European Commission gave the go-ahead to the concentration by which the companies Investitori SGR S.p.A. (“Investitori”, Italy) and Cognetas Fund II Limited (“Cognetas”, Channel Islands) acquire joint control of Gruppo Argenta A.p.A. (“Argenta”, Italy).
