22/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 19 February, the European Parliament decided not to defend the immunity of Polish IND/DEM MEP Witold Tomczak (LPR)who is accused of insulting two police officers while they carried out their duties (Salakis report). (O.J.)
