21/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 21 February the European Parliament adopted by a very large majority, a resolution in which it outlines the fostering of scientific and technological cooperation with Africa, particularly in the areas of food, health and energy. The EP is pleased that African decision-makers are making science, technology, and innovation for development an increasing priority. It also recognised the interest this new partnership has for development in Africa (NOPADA)....
