Uno Aldegren calls for local and regional authorities to get involved in Black Sea Policy

Brussels, 15/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - At the meeting of foreign ministers of countries of the Black Sea region in Kiev on Thursday 14 February, Uno Aldegren, President of the Committee of the Regions (CoR) and President of the Skane Regional Council (PES, Sweden), outlined the CoR's strategy for boosting the new Black Sea synergy.
