Peter Mandelson says WTO is obvious platform for future global policy-making on investment and trade in energy

Brussels, 08/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - Delivering the Alcuin Lecture in Cambridge on Friday 8 February on trade, globalisation and free trade, EU Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson explained: 'Beyond the current round, the WTO will be an obvious platform for future global policy-making on difficult questions like investment and trade in energy.
