01/02/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 31 January, the Court of First Instance rejected the appeal by a Spanish farmers' federation, opposing the registration of the “Nadorcott” variety of mandarine with the Community Plant Variety Office (CPVO) (case T-95/06).
