Report recommends measures to improve follow-up of traffic violations by foreigners

Brussels, 25/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - About one hundred people meeting in Brussels on Thursday 24 January discussed how best to follow up traffic offences by persons from another country. The meeting chaired by Belgian Liberal Dirk Sterckx, a member of the transport and tourism committee of the European Parliament, was the final seminar of the EuroSparks project.

The project was initiated early 2007 on the basis of the British Sparks programme created by the London's Enforcement Task Force...
