Slovenian Presidency to concentrate on three points: radio spectrum, pan-European telecoms authority and mobile satellite services

Brussels, 25/01/2008 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 24 January, Slovenian Economy Minister Andrej Vizjak presented the Slovenian presidency's telecommunications priorities to the European Parliament. Priority will be given particularly to taking forward three legislative proposals on reform of the electronic communications regulatory framework from the European Commission: the pan-European telecoms authority; mobile satellite systems; and radio spectrum management.
