Commission opinion of 7 January 2008 on interim measures taken by the government of Denmark in respect of high velocity pressure/vacuum relief valves with flame screen of model HPV manufactured by Se-won Ind Co. in the Republic of Korea: according to the services of Commissioner Jacques Barrot, temporary measures notified to the European Commission by the Danish government in a letter dated 27 February 2004 involving these valves are, “suitable and proportionate to the objective of maritime safety and are therefore justified”
