Decision on lifting safeguard clause with regard to Bulgarian airlines in 2008

Brussels, 07/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On a bilateral visit to Bulgaria on Friday 7 December, Commission Vice-President and Transport Commissioner Jacques Barrot said that the safeguard clause imposed on Bulgarian airlines a year ago (see EUROPE 9332) would be removed in the course of the first half of 2008.
