03/12/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday 28 November, the European Commission had a meeting with a hundred or so representatives of the pharmaceutical industry, national agencies, the European Medicines Agency and the US FDA to discuss administrative simplification and the possibility of convergence between procedures and administrative requirements on either side of the Atlantic. The Commission and the FDA will be working on simplification in 2008. (O.J.)
