Brussels, 23/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - The EU Charter of Fundamental Rights, economic partnership agreements (EPAs), flexicurity, EU railways, monitoring arms sales and arms ownership, and the new EU tourism policy will be on the agenda of the European Parliament's plenary session in Brussels on Wednesday and Thursday of next week at the November mini-plenary.
