Commission approves Eurovia and Compagnie Signature's plans to create road marking and road sign joint venture

Brussels, 23/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 22 November, the European Commission approved the merger plans whereby Eurovia, a subsidiary of the French group Vinci, and Compagnie Signature SAS, part of the French group Burelle, would combine their road marking and road sign operations, acquiring joint control of Euromark (France) and Signature Holdings (France) through the purchase of shares in these two companies (constituting a joint venture).
