13/11/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 9 November, the Commission presented a draft Council regulation setting up definitive anti-dumping duties on imports of silicomanganese (a mineral used mainly as an alloying and de-oxidising agent in steel furnaces and casting ladles) from China and Kazakhstan, and closing the procedure against imports from Ukraine.
