Parliament defends its priorities, pointing out that it can decide on its own for all issues apart from Galileo and CFSP

Strasbourg, 24/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - The first speaker to take the floor resumed the European Parliament's position on the draft budget for next year in a few sentences.
