Brussels, 18/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - According to provisional estimates from the European Commission published on Thursday 18 October, seven EU member states have overrun their milk quotas by around 774,000 tonnes in total (deliveries and direct sales) during the 2006-07 marketing year.
