10/10/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 9 October, the EU Council of Ministers approved a decision to authorise France to extend until 31 December 2012 its cut-rate excise duty levied on rum produced in its overseas territories in the Caribbean (see Europe 9511).
