Brussels, 24/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - The 10 countries which joined the EU in 2004 may lose some of the structural funds reserved for them, as they were unable to use them in time, European Budget Commissioner Dalia Grybauskaité warned on Monday 24 September, whilst presenting the press with the conclusions of the financial report on the 2006 budget of the EU.
