24/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 21 September, the Court of Justice announced that it is to take position on case C-112/05, Commission versus Germany, on 23 October 2007. This case concerns the complaint brought by the Commission on 4 March 2005 against Germany, claiming that the Volkswagen law infringes free movement of capital and freedom of establishment.
