10/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - EU High Representative for the CFSP Javier Solana welcomed the agreement between Montenegrin and Serbian foreign ministers allowing Serbian Orthodox Bishop Filaret to enter Montenegro under police escort. In a press release published on 8 September, Mr Solana welcomed that the agreement on this difficult issue had been reached in a spirit of cooperation and in the interest of stability.
