Brussels, 10/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Sunday, External Relations Commissioner Benita Ferrero-Waldner congratulated Moroccans on the smooth running of their legislative elections on Friday 7 September, the results of which, announced at the weekend, showed a high level of abstention and brought the success of the conservative El Istiqlal party.
