10/09/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission on 10 September 2007 authorised the acquisition of the companies AA and Saga, both active in the breakdown services sector in the UK, by three capital investment funds: CVC (Jersey), Charterhouse (UK), and Permira (Guernsey).
