Brussels, 24/08/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Friday 24 August, the European Commission cleared the planned acquisition of some production facilities of Tate & Lyle (The Target), a UK-based producer of sweeteners, by French company Syral. The sites in question are The Target sites in Italy, the UK, Spain, Belgium and France, current part of Tate & Lyle.
