Loan to DenizBank to support SME development and finance investment for medium-sized projects

Luxembourg, 27/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank (EIB), the financing institution of the European Union, has signed a loan of €250 m with DenizBank for the funding of small and medium-sized projects in Turkey. Part of the loan, €150 m, will go to SMEs while the remaining €100 m is earmarked for Midcap investments in the environment, energy, health and education sectors.
