Commission green light to three acquisitions

Brussels, 27/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday 26 July, the European Commission granted clearance to three acquisitions. Certain assets and contracts currently belonging to ERG Nuove Centrali S.p.A., an affiliate of ERG (Italy) will be bought up by ERG Power & Gas S.p.A. (Italy) and IPM Eagle LLP (UK).
