18/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The German Federal Court (Bundesgerichtshof) asked the European Court of Justice on Tuesday 17 July to clarify the difference between a delay to and the cancellation of a flight. The passengers of a flight run by the German company Condor (owned by Thomas Cook Plc, UK) have claimed compensation before the German Federal Court in Karlsruhe of 600 euros per person for suffering a delay of 25 hours.
