Luxembourg, 05/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Thursday, the European Court of Justice ruled against Spain for not having satisfactorily transposed directive 2002/14/EC on consultation of workers. A regulation in this respect is currently being adopted by the Spanish authorities. It is, however, quite unlikely that the affair will be pursued any further.
