EP opinion on IGC, Portuguese presidency work programme on postal services, food security, Palestine and Kosovo at centre of last plenary session before summer

Brussels, 05/07/2007 (Agence Europe) - The final European Parliament plenary before the summer break will take place next week (9-12 July) in Strasbourg. Liberalisation of the postal services will be one of the main dossiers on the agenda (EUROPE yesterday, 9461), but Parliament will also adopt its opinion on the intergovernmental conference (IGC) on the future treaty, and discuss the work programme of the Portuguese presidency for the next six months.
