Infringement proceedings against Spain, Ireland and United Kingdom over directive on rental and lending rights

Brussels, 29/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has decided to send a reasoned opinion to Spain and a letter of formal notice to Ireland requesting these member states give it full information on their execution of European Court of Justice judgments relating to rental and lending rights.
