Second round of negotiations opens with view to conclusion of trade and cooperation agreement

Brussels, 25/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - The second round of negotiations for the conclusion of a trade and cooperation agreement (TCA) between the EU and Iraq will be held in Brussels on 25 and 26 June. The aim of these negotiations is to discuss the objectives of the agreement, its general structure, particularly its scope, and the pace and details of the forthcoming negotiations.
