Luxemburg, 12/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday 12 June, the Agriculture Council reached an agreement on the reform of the fruit and vegetable sector. Under the final compromise, there will be transition periods before total decoupling of aid for processed products: a maximum of four years for tomatoes and five years for perennial crops (prunes).
