Brussels, 05/06/2007 (Agence Europe) - European bulb manufacturers published the modalities of an initiative on Tuesday for gradually getting rid of less efficient domestic lamps on the European market by 2015. According to calculations from industry, this initiative will help reduce CO2 emissions by 60% (23 mega tonnes a year). These are generated by domestic lighting.
