24/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - The European University Institute of Florence, the Institute for European Studies of CEU San Pablo University of Madrid, the and the Rafael del Pino Foundation will present on Wednesday 30 May in Brussels (“Passage Room”, Residence Palace Building, rue de la Loi, 155) a study carried out by a group of international specialists. This study will propose a series of solutions for finding a way out of the EU institutional crisis created by the French and Dutch “no” votes on the constitution. The study will propose a few improvements to the existing text, as well as a diagnosis on the cost of not having a constitution. The study will be presented by the president of the CEU San Pablo University of Madrid, former European Commissioner Mercelino Oreja, Iñigo Méndez de Vigo MEP, and Deputy Director of the Rafael del Pino Foundation, Vicente J.
