Decisive week for international roaming charges

Brussels, 21/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - Following the approval by member states of the compromise on roaming charges (see EUROPE 9427), MEPs are beginning a decisive week. Firstly, members of the Parliamentary industry, research and energy committee were due to vote on the consolidated text by rapporteur Paul Rübig (EPP-ED, Germany) in the evening of Monday 21 May.
