EP committee wants tighter rules on use of enzymes and food flavourings

Brussels, 10/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - On 8 May, the members of the European Parliament's environment, public health and food safety committee continued their assessment of the draft legislation published by the European Commission to clarify and update EU rules on enzymes, food additives and flavourings ahead of the first reading.
