09/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - Dirk Ahner, Director General of the Directorate General for Regional Policy in the European Commission, Matthias Kollatz-Ahnen, Vice-President of the European Investment Bank (EIB), and Alexander Auboeck, Business Group Director for Infrastructure at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), opened the new regional office for the JASPERS facility on 3 May in Vienna (JASPERS - Joint Assistance to Support Projects in European Regions). This is the second office in a series of three, the first was opened in January in Warsaw (EUROPE 9344/9341) and the third will be set up in Bucharest in June.
