09/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - After being ruled against in February, for taking part in an illegal cartel on the lift and escalator market (EUROPE 9371), the Swiss group Schindler brought an appeal to the European Court of Justice on Friday 5 May, according to the Swiss newspaper Neue Luzerner Zeitung.
