Brussels, 07/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - As we announced (EUROPE 9418), Trade Commissioner Peter Mandelson and South Korean Minister Kim Hyun-Chong officially opened talks for a “new generation” free-trade agreement (FTA) between the Union and South Korea, in Seoul on Sunday.
