Commission gives green light to three mergers

Brussels, 07/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Monday 7 May, the European Commission authorised plans to take joint control of the French company TPHST by Teleperformance S.A. of France and The Phone House SAS, the French subsidiary of the Carphone Warehouse of the United Kingdom. Teleperformance and TPHST manage call centres, whilst Carphone Warehouse is a distributor of products and services related to mobile telephones.

Clearance was also given for the creation of a joint company by CERP...
