03/05/2007 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, Commissioner Franco Frattini drew up a balance sheet in which he indicated to MEPs that he agreed with the principle of requesting his services to carry out an impact study into the effectiveness of measures imposed on liquid explosives, which he considers a “weak point” in the European anti-terrorism strategy (EUROPE 9398).
